Ivan started his managerial career at German engineering giant Bosch back in 1989. It was there, in the area of “mobile communication”, where he formed his sense and passion for implementing innovative products in world markets. Studying at prestigious schools in the US and Switzerland served as a great accelerator. At Bosch, he gradually became in charge of Central and Eastern European markets. In his leadership positions in numerous large corporations (Laufen, Bohemia Crystalex Holding, Elmarco, Océ, G4S, Ricoh), Ivan was always the guarantor of innovation and transfer of R&D results into practice.

In addition to introducing innovative products to various world markets, Ivan has also devoted himself to the revitalization and business development of medium-sized companies. The search for “new paths” is his constant motivation.

At Namitech, Ivan is responsible for creating and implementing business strategy and, thanks to his rich experience and contacts, he helps to facilitate the process of introducing new products to the market.
